Transdel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a specialty pharmaceutical company developing non-invasive, topically delivered products. The Company's innovative-patented Transdel™ cream formulation technology is designed to facilitate the effective penetration of a variety of products through the tough skin barrier. Ketotransdel®, the Company's lead late stage pain product, utilizes the Transdel™ technology to deliver the active drug, ketoprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (“NSAID”), through the skin directly into the underlying tissues where the drug exerts its well-known anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The Company intends to leverage its Transdel™ platform technology to expand and create a portfolio of topical pharmaceutical and cosmetic/cosmeceutical products.

Juliet Singh, Ph.D.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Singh has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Transdel since 2005. Prior to Transdel, Dr. Singh was a corporate officer-vice president of regulatory affairs and quality assurance of Collateral Therapeutics, Inc. Dr. Singh also served as the director of worldwide regulatory affairs for Allergan Corporation, where she oversaw the registration of BOTOX™ in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and other regions. Prior to joining Allergan, Dr. Singh was the assistant director of regulatory affairs for Baxter Healthcare Corp., where she provided leadership in obtaining worldwide regulatory approval for recombinant factor VIII.
John T. Lomoro
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lomoro has been chief financial officer of Transdel since September 2007. Mr. Lomoro has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience with private and publicly traded organizations. Most recently, Mr. Lomoro was the director of North American accounting for Carl Zeiss Vision, Inc. Earlier in his career Mr. Lomoro was the manager of financial reporting and planning for dj Orthopedics, Inc. Also, Mr. Lomoro worked as an audit manager with Ernst & Young LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Joachim P. H. Schupp, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Schupp has been the Chief Medical Officer of Transdel since October 2009. Dr. Schupp has almost 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to Transdel, Dr. Schupp was the Vice President of Medical Affairs at Adventrx Pharmaceuticals and Vice President of Clinical Data Services at ProSanos Corporation. For almost two decades, Dr. Schupp held various leadership positions in clinical development and global project management with Novartis Pharmaceuticals (and former Ciba-Geigy AG) in Switzerland. He provided medical support for the life-cycle management of Ciba-Geigy’s lead product Voltaren® (diclofenac) and his international cross-functional project team leadership role in multiple therapeutic areas is credited for the development and market approval of several drugs, including Femara®, Apligraf®, and Exjade®. Dr. Schupp received his M.D. from the Free University of Berlin in Germany and he served on the faculty at the University of Pretoria, South Africa in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.

Lynn C. Swann
Mr. Swann has served as a director of Transdel since November 2008. He is president of Swann, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in marketing and communications and managing director of Diamond
Edge Capital Partners, LLC, a New York-based finance company.
Mr. Swann currently serves on the Board of Directors of H.J. Heinz Company, Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company and Empower Software. He was also chairman of the President's Council on
Physical Fitnessand Sports from 2002-2005. A former all-pro wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers and 2001 Hall of Famer, he spent twenty-nine years with ABC Sports as a sports analyst and broadcaster
before retiring in 2006.
Active in community affairs, Mr. Swann is a spokesman, former board president and current director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and former director of the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. Mr. Swan
holds a B.A. degree in public relations from the University of Southern California.
Anthony Thornley
Mr. Thornley has served as a director of Transdel since November, 2007. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Callaway Golf Incorporated, Cavium Networks Inc. and Airvana Inc. From February 2002 to June 2005 he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of QUALCOMM, Inc., a wireless communication technology and integrated circuit company. From July 2001 to February 2002 he served as CFO and COO of QUALCOMM and from March 1994 to February 2002 he was the CFO of QUALCOMM. Prior to joining QUALCOMM, he was with Nortel Networks, telecommunications equipment manufacturer, for sixteen years in various financial and information systems management positions, including Vice President Finance and IS, Public Networks, Vice President Finance NT World Trade and Corporate Controller Nortel Limited. He has also worked for Coopers and Lybrand in public accounting. Mr. Thornley received his BS degree in Chemistry from the University of Manchester, England.
Jeff Abrams, M.D
Jeffrey J. Abrams, M.D., has been a director since the Company's inception. Dr. Abrams' experience includes practicing as a primary care clinician for over twenty years. Dr. Abrams received a B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, an M.D. from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and an M.P.H. from San Diego State University.
