Dr. Singh has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Transdel since 2005. Prior to Transdel, Dr. Singh was a corporate officer-vice president of regulatory affairs and quality assurance of Collateral Therapeutics, Inc. Dr. Singh also served as the director of worldwide regulatory affairs for Allergan Corporation, where she oversaw the registration of BOTOX™ in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and other regions. Prior to joining Allergan, Dr. Singh was the assistant director of regulatory affairs for Baxter Healthcare Corp., where she provided leadership in obtaining worldwide regulatory approval for recombinant factor VIII.

Dr. Finnegan has served as Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Transdel since April 2008. Dr. Finnegan brings over a decade of commercialization and development experience in both private and public pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. His specific pain and anti-inflammatory experience includes Celebrex® (celecoxib), Bextra® (valdecoxib), Dynastat® (parecoxib), and Arthrotec® (diclofenac sodium/misoprostol) while at at Pharmacia/ G.D. Searle. Prior to Transdel, Dr. Finnegan served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cecoura Therapeutics, a private drug development company. Dr. Finnegan also served as Vice President of Global Strategic Marketing and Development and other senior management positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals where he co-founded the clinical and played a leading role in the commercialization of Soliris ™(eculizumab) in United States, Europe and Japan (U.S. and E.U. approvals and launches in 2007). Prior to joining Alexion in 2001, Dr. Finnegan served as Senior Director, Global Medical Marketing for Pharmacia Corporation and G.D. Searle & Co., providing medical affairs leadership for all therapeutic areas for the Asia-Pacific, Japan, Latin America and Canadian business regions.

Mr. Lomoro has been chief financial officer of Transdel since September 2007. Mr. Lomoro has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience with private and publicly traded organizations. Most recently, Mr. Lomoro was the director of North American accounting for Carl Zeiss Vision, Inc. Earlier in his career Mr. Lomoro was the manager of financial reporting and planning for dj Orthopedics, Inc. Also, Mr. Lomoro worked as an audit manager with Ernst & Young LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant.
